Overview
SwiftGrab ('we', 'our', or 'us') operates a website that provides free utility tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using SwiftGrab, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What we don't collect
We designed SwiftGrab so that we never receive the content you work with:
- Images, PDFs, audio files, and videos you use in our tools
- Text you paste into counters, font stylers, or hashtag analyzers
- Passwords you generate
- QR codes you create or scan
- Files you download from our social media downloaders — those go directly from the source platform to you
What we do collect
To operate the site and improve our tools, we collect a small amount of anonymous information:
- Aggregated analytics: pages visited, tools used, referring sites, approximate country, browser type. This data is anonymous and cannot identify you.
- Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, timestamp, and requested URL — recorded by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention, retained for a short period.
- Cookies: minimal cookies for site functionality (theme preference, locale) and anonymous analytics.
Third parties
We work with a small number of third-party services to operate the site:
- Content delivery network: serves the site's static assets. Sees your IP address, like any website you visit.
- Ad networks: display unobtrusive ads that fund the site's operation. Subject to their own privacy policies.
- Analytics provider: anonymous traffic statistics. No personal identifiers collected.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California, similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you — usually none beyond anonymous analytics and short-lived server logs.
- Request deletion of any data we hold. Since we don't store user accounts or uploaded files, there's typically nothing to delete.
- Opt out of analytics by enabling your browser's Do Not Track signal or using a content blocker.
- Object to advertising cookies through your browser settings or an ad-blocking extension.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or new tools. When we make material changes, we'll update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page.
